18,000 m² Data Centre in Slough

Through their experience at PA4 in Paris, and in particular, their investment and skill in the use of REVIT, a 3D drawing software, RBA UK were asked to collaborate with ARUP in a new modular Data Centre concept. The first application of the new concept  was LD7, a three building complex of 12,000m² data halls, support facilities and office space in the SEGRO Industrial Park in Slough. In addition to the three buildings, RBA also carried out the masterplan for the site. A great success of this project was its certification as LEED SILVER standard. The first building was delivered in 2018. Following the success of this project RBA have been involved with LD10 and LD5. Copyright © Photographs Jérôme Epaillard
