At home with the architects… meet Hanène Massé
One of the greatest strengths of our pan-European architectural practice, is the diversity within the team. Home to 12 different nationalities, each one of our colleagues brings something to the table – and deserves their moment in the spotlight.
That’s why, this month, we’re getting to know a little bit more about our marketing manager, Hanène Massé – as well as what makes her tick.
Summarise your role at Reid Brewin Architects in one paragraph:
I started working at Reid Brewin Architects a few months ago after accumulating more than 20 years of experience in marketing and communications. My mission as marketing manager is to define RBA’s communication strategy, create and update our in-house tools, oversee the company’s social media presence, direct the public relations activity, and manage external events. I also help the development department to engage with new prospects and clients.
How do you think Reid Brewin Architects differentiates itself from its competitors?
Our team is extremely experienced and can work on a multitude of projects. We are made up of numerous nationalities, backgrounds, and skill sets, which means each colleague brings something totally unique to the team.
What would you like to achieve over the next 12 months – at Reid Brewin Architects and individually?
I would like to continue to boost RBA’s profile and reputation within the industry. On a more personal level, I hope to develop my architectural knowledge — and I think I’ve come to the right place!
What three words do you think best describe Reid Brewin Architects?
Professionalism, respect, and wellbeing.
I would like to foster a greener, healthier, and more peaceful environment.
If one of your colleagues could win an award (work or ‘fun’) who would it be and why?
As I have only been with the RBA team for a few months, I am still getting to know my many colleagues. That being said, I would vote for our administrative director, Brigitte, for her kindness and readiness to help at a moment’s notice.
If you were the boss of Reid Brewin Architects for a day, what one rule would you implement?
I would organise a team building session — or internal event — once a month.
Share an interesting fact about you that not many people know
I am a motorsport fanatic — particularly Formula 1.
It’s the work Christmas party and you’re next up on karaoke – what’s your song?
For a Christmas party, my tune of choice would have to be ‘Never going home’ by Kungs.
How do you switch off while away from your desk?
I practice urban hiking — there are endless opportunities in Paris.
