Missions

• Supervision de l’équipe d’Assistants de projet et Dessinateurs-Projeteurs ;
• Suivi des appels d’offres et traitement des commandes ;
• Participation à chaque étape du projet sur les implications techniques, juridiques, économiques et financières ;
• Participation à l’élaboration des démarches administratives ;
• Production des dessins nécessaires à la compréhension du projet ;
• Réalisation des dossiers techniques nécessaires au lancement des phases de consultation ;

Profil

• Titulaire d’un Master en architecture ou d’un diplôme équivalent ;

Missions

Le paysagiste interviendra sur plusieurs projets sous la direction du Directeur du pôle paysage, au sein de l’agence. Ce poste offrira des bonnes opportunités pour faire évoluer et enrichir votre expérience. Vos missions seront les suivantes :

• Participation à toutes les phases d’études jusqu’au suivi des travaux ;

To support the continued growth of our Milan studio, RBA is seeking a Project Architect to join our team and work on complex development projects in Italy and across Europe, with a specific focus on data centres and related infrastructure.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the briefing process and the production of project documentation (reports, drawings, bills of quantities, technical specifications, and various technical documents).
• Manage and coordinate technical and economic feasibility studies for both small and large-scale projects.
• Coordinate architectural teams, consultants, and sub-consultants, ensuring compliance with schedule, quality standards, and budget.
• Develop concept designs and technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Prepare technical documentation for planning permissions and building permits (PDC, PDCC, masterplans, and support for EIA/SEA procedures), as well as approvals and consultation phases.
• Contribute to all project design phases, including risk assessment and risk management.
• Provide occasional support for construction supervision (Direzione Lavori), including site inspections, checking construction design compliance against detailed design, quality control during the construction phase, material inspections, and ensuring compliance with public authorities’ approvals and regulations.
• Present projects and reports to clients and coordinate communication among various stakeholders.

 

Candidate Profile

The ideal Project Architect has a proven track record in producing comprehensive architectural technical documentation across all project phases, combined with solid technical and professional expertise. You are self-motivated, proactive, and exhibit exceptional communication skills.

Completing the profile is the ability to successfully coordinate multidisciplinary teams, an in-depth understanding of Italian building regulations and permitting procedures, proficiency in BIM tools (Revit), and a strong approach oriented toward the effective management of time, costs, and relationships with both clients and consultants.

 

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate professional experience
• Proven track record in coordinating design teams
• Strong design, communication, and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM methodology
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

To support the continued growth of our Milan studio, RBA is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team and work on complex development projects in Italy and across Europe, with a specific focus on data centres and related infrastructure.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Overall supervision and coordination of a multidisciplinary team (Architectural, Structural, MEP, Civil)
• Nurturing and developing professional relationships with clients
• Preparing technical and economic proposals for private tenders
• Monitoring public tenders and managing potential participation processes
• Participating in all project phases, overseeing technical, legal, economic, and financial aspects
• Active involvement in administrative and permitting procedures
• Producing necessary documentation (drawings, reports, specifications, and various forms) across all project stages, from concept to detailed construction design
• Actively contributing to internal planning and the strategic development of RBA within both the Italian and international markets

 

Candidate Profile

The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the effective delivery of projects, from inception to execution. The successful candidate will ensure that activities progress smoothly by managing timelines, organizing project documentation, and facilitating seamless communication between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate can monitor progress, proactively identify potential issues, and maintain alignment between project goals, resources, and deadlines.

 

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 7 years of post-graduate professional experience
• Strong design, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM methodology
• In-depth knowledge of Italian building regulations and permitting procedure
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong motivation, personal commitment, and outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven track record of managing client relations
• Full professional proficiency in both Italian and English

 

Desirable

• Experience working on large-scale projects
• Experience with data centers or high-tech/commercial projects
• Knowledge of French and/or Spanish
• Proficiency in AutoCAD

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Architect across all project phases, from concept design to detailed construction documentation, contributing to design development that ensures architectural quality and continuous dialogue with clients and local authorities.
• Collaborate on the technical development of the project, ensuring full compliance with Italian building codes, zoning regulations, and planning urban laws.
• Assist the Project Architect in preparing comprehensive documentation (architectural drawings, reports, bills of quantities, technical specifications) for project milestones, public authority submissions, and potential tender participations.
• Actively and effectively support coordination with clients, consultants, suppliers, municipal technical offices, and regulatory bodies, ensuring clear and continuous communication.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a resource capable of navigating seamlessly across design, urban planning, permitting, multidisciplinary coordination, and stakeholder/authority relations. The successful candidate will tangibly contribute to the feasibility and delivery of highly complex interventions.

This is neither an exclusively design-focused nor a purely administrative role. It is a cross-functional position with significant exposure to feasibility studies, permitting processes, technical coordination, and engagement with both public and private stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to analyze the territorial context, intercepting the needs of local communities to guide coherent design and urban planning solutions.

We are looking for a professional with a technical-urban planning background who can operate effectively at the intersection of:

• Navigating planning policies, zoning regulations, and master planning
• Managing complex approval processes and administrative procedures
• Bridging the gap between architectural/engineering design and urban compliance
• Interfacing confidently with public authorities, local institutions, and private stakeholders
• Ensuring projects are harmoniously integrated into the local context while promoting sustainable urban development

 

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will collaborate with the Urban Development team on the following activities:

• Develop implementation plans (piani attuativi) and master plans for large-scale projects, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and urban sustainability
• Assist with territorial planning activities, urban compliance checks, and zoning verifications
• Review and validate early-stage design phases (concept and schematic design) for master plans, access roads, green areas, and public interfaces, ensuring alignment with urban and territorial constraints
• Evaluate potential sites from an urban planning, infrastructure, and accessibility perspective, identifying risks, constraints, and potential solutions
• Integrate data center developments into local and regional planning frameworks, ensuring consistency with sustainability goals and local context needs
• Coordinate public infrastructure projects tied to private developments, ensuring effective dialogue with institutions and local communities
• Promote and guide community engagement processes, driving mitigation, compensation, and public works (urbanizzazione) solutions tailored to the local environment
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, maps, and presentation materials for stakeholders and permitting processes
• Coordinate and manage building and administrative approval procedures in compliance with Italian regulations, ensuring proper application filing, timeline management, and follow-up with competent authorities
