Dans le cadre de son développement, Reid Brewin Architectes (Paris) recrute un Chargé de Projet (H/F).

Missions

En collaboration direct avec le/la Chef de Projet, vos missions principales sont :

• Supervision de l’équipe d’Assistants de projet et Dessinateurs-Projeteurs ;
• Suivi des appels d’offres et traitement des commandes ;
• Participation à chaque étape du projet sur les implications techniques, juridiques, économiques et financières ;
• Participation à l’élaboration des démarches administratives ;
• Production des dessins nécessaires à la compréhension du projet ;
• Réalisation des dossiers techniques nécessaires au lancement des phases de consultation ;
• Participation à l’ordonnancement des travaux.

Profil

• Titulaire d’un Master en architecture ou d’un diplôme équivalent ;
• 7 ans d’expérience professionnelle minimum ;
• Excellentes compétences en conception, communication et présentation ;
• Bonne maîtrise du logiciel Revit ;
• Capacité à travailler de façon autonome ;
• Bonne connaissance de la réglementation française et de la procédure de permis de construire ;
• Français/Anglais courant ou confirmé souhaité.

Contrat à durée déterminée de 6 mois renouvelable.

Rémunération selon expérience.

Missions

En collaboration direct avec le/la Chargé(e) de Projet, vos missions principales sont :

• Production graphique de sa conception jusqu’à la remise des desseins au client, en prenant en compte les contraintes du projet et la réglementation ;
• Préparation des études primaires ;
• Participation à la préparation de demande de permis de construire ;
• Participation au suivi de chantier.

Profil

• Titulaire d’un Master en architecture/ingénieur ou d’un diplôme équivalent ;
• 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle minimum en agence ;
• Excellentes compétences en conception, communication et présentation ;
• Bonne maîtrise du logiciel Revit ou expérience minimale ;
• Bonne connaissance de la réglementation de construction ;
• Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et compétences en communication avec les clients et les autres collaborateurs ;
• Expérience en architecture industrielle bienvenue ;
• Français/Anglais courant ou confirmé souhaité.

Exciting opportunity for a Qualified Architect at Reid Brewin Architects (London)

We specialise in high-specification, large-scale projects – particularly in data centres, commercial offices, and luxury retail. Known for our technical excellence and design-led approach, we offer a vibrant, multicultural environment where ambitious architects can thrive.

To support our ongoing development, RBA London is seeking a Qualified Architect with strong all-round design and technical capabilities to join our team and work on major data centre projects across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Work independently across all RIBA stages with minimal supervision
• Develop concept designs and present proposals to clients and local planning authorities
• Lead technical design development, ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and planning policy
• Prepare comprehensive tender and construction documentation
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, planning officers, and building control
• Produce high-quality presentation materials for planning and client submissions
• Identify and resolve design and technical challenges as projects progress
• Maintain design quality, technical accuracy, and timely delivery in line with project budget

Candidate Profile

• ARB-registered Architect (or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience
• Experience delivering large-scale data centre or high-tech commercial projects
• Strong design sensibility with excellent coordination and client liaison skills
• Proficient in Revit
• In-depth knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
• Fluent in English (French language an advantage)

To support our ongoing development, RBA London is seeking a Qualified Urban Planner with strong all-round design and technical capabilities to join our team and work on major data centre projects in Italy.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the existing urban development team on the following activities:

• Develop implementation plans and master plans for large-scale projects, paying particular attention to regulatory compliance and urban sustainability
•  Develop spatial planning and verify zoning compliance
•  Verify and validate design phases (conceptual and schematic) for buildings, access roads, green areas and public interfaces, ensuring compliance with urban planning constraints
•  Evaluate potential sites from the point of view of urban planning, access to infrastructures and roads, identifying possible criticalities and solutions
• Integrate data centre developments into local and regional development plans, ensuring their consistency with sustainability goals and community needs
• Prepare documentation and visual material (reports, drawings, maps) for presentations to stakeholders and for authorisation processes
• Coordinate and manage the building permit process in accordance with Italian regulations, ensuring timely submission and follow-up with local authorities
• Monitor project compliance at all stages, from planning to construction, collaborating with the design team and ensuring compliance with urban and environmental requirements
• Filing and reviewing construction documents (SCIA, PDC, etc.)
• Liaise with and support environmental permitting experts in providing the necessary information for the filing and follw up of permits

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Urban planning
• Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in a similar role
• Experience delivering large-scale projects; data centre or high-tech commercial projects is a strong plus
• Strong design sensibility with excellent coordination and client liaison skills
• Proficient in Revit is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of Italian planning and building regulations
• Fluent in English (French language is a plus)
