    Dans le cadre de son développement, Reid Brewin Architectes (Paris) recrute un Chef de Projet (H/F).

    Missions

    • Participation à la conception de projet et en assurer la maîtrise d’œuvre ;
    • Evaluation de la faisabilité technique et économique du projet ;
    • Coordination des études en lien avec le bureau d’études ;
    • Supervision des démarches administratives et montage financier du projet ;
    • Production des dessins et réalisation des dossiers techniques nécessaires au lancement des phases de consultation ;
    • Suivi de la consultation et sélection des entreprises prestataires ;
    • Planification de la programmation générale du projet ;
    • Veille à la conformité du plan d’exécution et au respect de la qualité, de la sécurité, des délais et du budget ;
    • Supervision et coordination des règlements auprès des différents intervenants dans le cadre du dossier final.

    Profil

    • Titulaire d’un Master en architecture ou d’un diplôme équivalent ;
    • 15 ans d’expérience professionnelle minimum ;
    • Excellentes compétences en conception, communication et présentation ;
    • Bonne maîtrise du logiciel Revit ;
    • Bonne connaissance de la réglementation française et de la procédure de permis de construire ;
    • Français/Anglais courant ou confirmé souhaité.

    Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Project Architect, your main responsibilities will include:

    • Supervision of a team of architectural assistants;
    • Monitoring of tenders and processing of requests;
    • Participation in each stage of the project regarding technical, legal, economic, and financial elements;
    • Participation in the administrative procedure;
    • Production of drawings and technical documents necessary for consultation phases;
    • Participation in works scheduling.

    Your skills

    • A master’s degree in architecture or equivalent;
    • A minimum of 7 years of professional experience;
    • Excellent design, communication, and presentation skills;
    • Proficiency with Revit in a professional environment;
    • Ability to work independently;
    • Comprehensive knowledge of French regulations and the building permit process;
    • French/English speaker preferred.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work independently across all RIBA stages with minimal supervision
    • Develop concept designs and present proposals to clients and local planning authorities
    • Lead technical design development, ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and planning policy
    • Prepare comprehensive tender and construction documentation
    • Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, planning officers, and building control
    • Produce high-quality presentation materials for planning and client submissions
    • Identify and resolve design and technical challenges as projects progress
    • Maintain design quality, technical accuracy, and timely delivery in line with project budget

    Candidate Profile

    • ARB-registered Architect (or equivalent)
    • Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience
    • Experience delivering large-scale data centre or high-tech commercial projects
    • Strong design sensibility with excellent coordination and client liaison skills
    • Proficient in Revit
    • In-depth knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
    • Fluent in English (French language an advantage)

    The Role

    As our Project Architect, you’ll utilise your robust design and technical skills, working independently across all project phases. The ideal candidate will be adept at communicating with clients, design offices, and control offices. Your proven track record will demonstrate your ability to produce architectural information at every stage of a project.

    Your Responsibilities

    Developing Architectural Design:

    • Leading the briefing process, creating reports, minutes, and room data sheets.
    • Developing Accommodation Strategies, Feasibility Studies, and Utilisation and Area Forecasts.
    • Reviewing and commenting on project plans.
    • Managing architectural teams and consultants, delivering schedules, and appointing sub-consultants and surveys as required.
    • Preparing concept design proposals using tools such as Revit, Rhino, SketchUp or other exportable formats.
    • Leading a team to bring design proposals to life and creating Stage.
    • Reports, Planning Application Packages, and project-specific reports.
    • Presenting architectural designs and reports at client meetings.
    • Coordinating and leading the Design Team, ensuring the design stays within the client’s budget.

    Preparing Detailed Design and Production Information:

    • Guiding Project Technicians on the programming of deliverables.
    • Contributing to the detailed design process.
    • Collaborating with the contractor on Design & Build projects.
    • Incorporating Acoustic and Fire report recommendations into the detailed design package.
    • Preparing construction specifications and documents for statutory approvals.
    • Contributing to risk assessments at the design stage.

    Construction on Site:

    • Conducting site inspections and recording the results.
    • Preparing and presenting construction drawings/details using Revit.
    • Responding to information requests from the contractor.

    Skills Required

    • A Master’s degree in architecture or equivalent.
    • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience (post Master’s).
    • Excellent design, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency with Revit software in a professional environment.
    • Ability to work independently with self-motivation.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of Italian regulations and the building permit procedure.
    • Experience in Italian administrative processes.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and a flair for client communication.
    • Fluency in Italian and English. French is a plus.

    To support our ongoing development, RBA London is seeking a Qualified Urban Planner with strong all-round design and technical capabilities to join our team and work on major data centre projects in Italy.

    Key Responsibilities

    Collaborate with the existing urban development team on the following activities:

    • Develop implementation plans and master plans for large-scale projects, paying particular attention to regulatory compliance and urban sustainability
    •  Develop spatial planning and verify zoning compliance
    •  Verify and validate design phases (conceptual and schematic) for buildings, access roads, green areas and public interfaces, ensuring compliance with urban planning constraints
    •  Evaluate potential sites from the point of view of urban planning, access to infrastructures and roads, identifying possible criticalities and solutions
    • Integrate data centre developments into local and regional development plans, ensuring their consistency with sustainability goals and community needs
    • Prepare documentation and visual material (reports, drawings, maps) for presentations to stakeholders and for authorisation processes
    • Coordinate and manage the building permit process in accordance with Italian regulations, ensuring timely submission and follow-up with local authorities
    • Monitor project compliance at all stages, from planning to construction, collaborating with the design team and ensuring compliance with urban and environmental requirements
    • Filing and reviewing construction documents (SCIA, PDC, etc.)
    • Liaise with and support environmental permitting experts in providing the necessary information for the filing and follw up of permits

    Candidate Profile

    • Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Urban planning
    • Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in a similar role
    • Experience delivering large-scale projects; data centre or high-tech commercial projects is a strong plus
    • Strong design sensibility with excellent coordination and client liaison skills
    • Proficient in Revit is a plus
    • In-depth knowledge of Italian planning and building regulations
    • Fluent in English (French language is a plus)
