Collaborative design for new brand concept store
In 2014, fit out specialist ISG contacted Reid Brewin Architects to help them with a new store for Nike at the Quatre Temps shopping centre in La Défense Paris.
The success of this project led to Nike contracting directly with RBA for its Beacon running store in the new Les Halles Shopping Centre in central Paris.
On both projects, RBA worked closely with the retailer’s in-house design team to implement its ever-evolving “Playbook” of design standards.
RBA helped Nike through the numerous administrative hurdles including obtaining the correct permits and meeting health and safety requirements.
For the practice, the relationship with Nike and its design team was an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
